As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, shipping times and costs will vary, dependent on the product selected.

Personalized books may take up to 3 DAYS to produce.

These times are in ADDITION to the shipping times specified below.

Standard Mail - Order will be delivered in 3-9 business days after it ships;

Priority Mail - Order will be delivered in 2-3 business days after it ships;

Express Mail - Order will be delivered in 1-2 business days after it ships;

Ship to Canada - Order will be delivered in 7-11 business days after it ships.

Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the shipping address.
Return Policy/Money Back Guarantee
Due to the fact that our books are PERSONALIZED, we CANNOT accept Returns on 'PERSONALIZED' items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be resold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalization and dates before placing an order. In fact, we encourage that when placing an order, please make sure to confirm the correct spelling and personalized information before buying.
Defective Items
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Change of Mind
We cannot refund an order if the item has been PERSONALIZED and the order has been fulfilled correctly. Please make sure to check the spelling, book choice and personalized information before placing your order.
As each story is uniquely different in personalization, we also encourage you to read a sample located above our books with the words "Read Sample" to get an idea of what the story is about while placing your order.
